As a platform dedicated to modernising and simplifying credentialing in education, we believe in connecting with those who share the same vision. With our core team based in Slovenia, Velocert has joined EdTech Slovenia, a non-profit organization that promotes and supports the development and use of educational technology across the country. It brings together educators, innovators, and technology providers to exchange ideas, share best practices, and collaborate on initiatives that strengthen digital education in Slovenia and beyond.

By joining EdTech Slovenia, we have also become part of the European EdTech Alliance (EEA). Formed in 2019, the Alliance now represents more than 2,600 EdTech organizations in nearly 30 countries, fostering collaboration, transparency, and coordinated action across Europe’s educational technology landscape.

This collaboration helps us stay connected with policy and technology developments shaping the standards Velocert is built on – from interoperability and verifiable credentials to standardised data exchange that ensures educational achievements are valid, portable, and equally recognised across Europe. EdTech continues to play a key role in shaping the future of education, making learning more connected, transparent, and accessible for everyone.

Being part of this network allows us to contribute to a shared vision while learning from others driving the digital transformation of education.
